Description
The sacred valley, along the Vilcanota River, is one of the most beautiful places of the archeological Peru. It is a succession of picturesque towns (some with beautiful colonial churches), incan platforms and archeological remains, as well as roomy spaces where the best corn grows (giant white corn) of the entire world and it has an excellent weather that makes this valley an obligated destination for everyone that visit Cuzco.
The Incas called this the Sacred Valley because it was where they developed a rich agricultural society, and built fortresses and different complexes, like Pisac and Ollantaytambo, each place has thousands of stories to tell. Adventures in the Sacred Valley.
Itinerary
At 9:00 in the morning we pick up our passengers and go to the Sacred Valley to visit: Pisac, Coya, Lamay, Calca, Urubamba, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros.
We'll be back in Cuzco at approximately 6:00 in the evening.
