Drive south from Cusco to the archaeological site of Tipon,situated between strong overgrown mountain ranges. Here starts a walking-tour

along an old Inca-trail that connects small ceremonial centres.   During the Inca Empire this stone path was part of the Capac an or imperial   road.

Then we will visit Pikillacta, a well-preserved archaeological site from the Wari period, a pre-Inca culture. finest agricultural terracing of the Cuzco area. The tour continues to the picturesque village of Andahuaylillas to visit the sixteenth century old Saint Peter Apostle Church, known as the Sistine
